Fantastic kits to choose from and I am completely torn on this. For me, White with a black trim 'feels' more Widnes but the black kit is smart as anything. Hopefully they'll do the decent thing and release both as home and away kits.

I opted for the Black kit, something different I suppose and it still has black and white on, the players will more than likely want the white one because of the heat (Heat being the 1 week of summer in England lol). Both very good tops though.

I was a little hesitant when the club announced the vote. I could see a scenario where there was a choice between a modern shirt and a traditional one, with lots of people who have no intention of purchasing a shirt voting for a traditional shirt which could negatively affect sales.

I remember someone on a thread on the main board claiming that they'd been told by clubs that less traditional modern designs are bigger sellers despite most people claiming to want a traditional design. It's counter intuitive but that's sales I guess.

personally i would sy from a marketing point of view the black one would sell more as the white one is similar to last years so may put some off. plus i like the black one

Really like them both and also hope they release the 2 as home and away shirts. Black as the home and white as the away.

Just bought the white one. Love it. They seem bigger than last year, I ended up getting small, whereas last year I got medium.
