I've always found it a fantastic atmosphere, going back over the years - and they have been spending a lot of money on it, haven't they?



If the RFL had chosen the venue with the motive of 'helping out' a Sooper Dooper League team, I can think of one or two more urgently 'deserving' causes.

Me too but the RFL have a good mate in Hetherington

I much prefer a RL ground to get some financial benefit than say Old Trafford make at the Grand Final now that does wind me up.

Not much alternative in that regard...at least it's not RU I suppose!

I went to Headingley for the New Zealand V Papua New Guinea game, had a great time and it was a good atmosphere. It's a bit of an old fashioned stadium but nothing wrong with it. Think LSV is better and perfect for the Championships final but it does have to be somewhere neutral and Headingley is as good as anywhere.
