Very true. Imo the most disappointing part of Long's game has been his kicking, regardless of who he is playing with he should be able to dominate more on tackels 4, 5 and 6. I thought he looked sharp against Rovers and Leeds in patches.

I expect him for the wedge he is geting, with his experience and past quality to be at least directing us around the park, organising, even when he is not fully fit, but he has been anonymous and outplayed by his apposing 7 in most games he has played for us, his kicking game been woefull as well. a gamble of a signing which has not payed off. just add him to the list.
