What was the first ever rugby match you went to see?

Some Rugby Union game cannot remember the teams was about 3 at the time.
Rugby League cannot remember.

Some boxing day match against halifax, ( I think) around 85/86.

Leeds rhinos Vs Hull back in the late 80's - We lost.

Leeds vs Halifax Blue Sox March 29th 2002

Leeds beat them easily with Tonnie Carroll bagging a brace (I think)

Whitehaven v Featherstone in 1994 (iirc)

No idea who we were playing . but my uncle took me to see the Loiners . Was my first ever visit to the southstand .
Was a good day out and his team (Leeds ) won . Had no idea what was going on , so just cheered every time he did .
Would have been around 34 years ago , maybe a bit longer.

My first 3 games were draws in 2003. First person to tell me which games they were wins.

Leeds Vs Bradford at Bradford a week or so ago. Was gutted. Like flying fish. Knife goes in, guts come out.

I'm now sat here trying to remember the first match I played . Can't decide wether it was for school team or down at Archie Gordons .
